Any administrative action or proceeding involving: salary, dismissal, change of assignment, demotion, promotion, leave of absence, resignation or other professional rights, duties or responsibilities which arise within the scope of the participant's employment.
Any civil action or proceeding against a Participant arising out of the activities of that Participant in the course and scope of employment as a peace officer.
Any criminal action or proceeding against a Participant arising out of the activities of the Participant in the course and scope of employment as a peace officer.
