To provide financial
assistance to active members when it becomes necessary to engage a pro-active lawsuit to recover or protect employment rights for members and
additionally set a precedent, which will have beneficial effects for law enforcement professionals.
It shall be the policy of CBA, upon approval of the Board of Directors, to provide financial assistance, not to exceed $2,500.00 to active members upon application approval. See the policy for terms and conditions. |
