The Executive Director, Chief Robert Pavone is a graduate of the FBI Academy and has been in Law Enforcement for 25 years, 15 of which he served as Chief in Cortlandt, NY Appointed Pursuant to the New York Civil Service Law.
Vice President, Chief Richard J. Sassi is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (169th session), holds a Master Degree in Criminal Justice and has been in law enforcement for 28 years serving the City of Beacon. He started as a patrolman with the City of Beacon Police and rose through the ranks to his current position of Chief . He has spent the last 9 years of his career as Chief of the City of Beacon Police department.
Chief Joseph V. Olenik - President

The President, Joseph V. Olenik has been in law enforcement for 22 years. He currently serves as Chief of Police for The NYS University Police at Purchase. He holds a Master Instructor Certification with the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services and currently instructs at the Zone 3 Police Academy.

Secretary, Assistant Chief Peter Macaluso is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (175th Session) and has been in law enforcement for 24 years. In 1998 he retired as Sergeant in Cortlandt, NY, where he served as executive officer/detective commander. He then spent 2 years in the private sector working in executive protection. In 2000 he was appointed to the rank of inspector with the NY State University Police at Purchase, NY. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to assistant chief of police.
Chief Thomas J. Natasi (Retired) - Sergeant at Arms
Chief William Carlos, Jr. (Retired) - Treasurer
Chief Thomas J. Nastasi, Ret., has had a long and distinguished career (33 years) with the City of New York Court system. He ended his career after serving for 13 years as the Chief Court Officer of the City of New York. He served on numerous Boards and associations during his career and after retirement.

Chief Bill Carlos started his police career in the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department rising through the ranks to Lieutenant. In 1987 Bill took the position of Chief of Police in the Town of Putnam Valley until September of 1997. One of the original founding members of C.B.A. he is currently serving as treasurer.
Bill was responsible for bringing the D.A.R.E. program into New York State in 1988. That year Putnam Valley had 103 fifth graders complete the program, the first class in the state. Since then the program has grown to over 1 million students each year.
Chief Robert Dagostino - Zone Representative
Commissioner/Sheriff Louis S. D'Aliso (Retired) - Program Director
Chief Robert J. Dagostino has been in law fo rthe past twenty-seven(27)years, rising through the ranks to be appointed as chief of the Mount Kisco Police Department in August 1995. Chief Dagostino led the department to New York State Accreditation in October 2001. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Pace University, is a graduate of the 177th session of the FBI National Academy and the 96th session of the University of Southern California Delinquency Control Institute.
Chief Rahn - Zone Representative
Deputy Inspector General Robert M. Gabrielli - Public Relations
Chief Rahn has 34 years experience in law enforcement. He began his career with the Rochester Police Department in 1969. He retired in 1989 as a Lieutenant in the Rochester Police Department and became Chief of Police of Ogden, New York. In 1993 he was appointed as Chief of the Greece Police Department. Chief Rahn is the president of the Western New York Chiefs of Police and is on numerous law enforcement and civil committees.
Robert M. Gabrielli is the NYS Deputy Inspector General of Frauds in the Workers’ Compensation Board and the Chief of Investigations. Prior to that appointment, he served as Director of Inspectional Services there. He holds a Certified Inspector General designation with the National Association of Inspectors General. He was formerly with the New Paltz Police Department.
Chief (Retired) James Morgan - Retiree Vice Chairman
Chief (Retired) Robert Williams - Zone Representative
James Morgan started his police career in 1962 with the Palisades Park Police, then to Peekskill Police Dept. in 1963. To the Town Yorktown in 1964. Held all ranks in Yorktown. Past president of PBA for 3 years. Retired as Chief in 1995. Now, is an elected councilman, on the Town Board, Town of Fulton.
Chief Robert P. Williams (Ret.) served as Chief of Police for the Village of Owego Police Department (Tioga County) from 3/1/82 until retirement on 7/9/01. Over 28 years of law enforcement experience in New York State. Led the Owego Police Department to NYS Law Enforcement Accreditation recognition. Served as a Master Police Instructor and Zone No. 6 Training Coordinator and also as an Accreditation Assessor and Team Leader. Holds a Masters Degree in Education (Adult Education) from Elmira College. Currently serving as Adjunct Lecturer in Criminal Justice for Marist College.
Valerie V Pavone - Administrative Assistant
Mary McMickle - CBA / DWI Consultant
Mary McMickle was a two term Ulster County Legislator and for the past 20 years, has served as Ulster County's STOP-DWI Coordinator. She is a member of the New York State STOP-DWI Coordinators' Association and chair of it's Victim's Services committee. She is also a member of the New York STOP-DWI Foundation Board.
